coronado condo

Jed dreamed of increased rent on his Coronado condo.  First thing Michelle asked the general contractor – which walls can we take down.  Remodels are a bit tricky in a high rise since all the electrical runs from top to bottom through each unit.  This is where having a great GC makes all the difference – he found a way to take down most of the walls while hiding the electrical and plumbing in the soffit over the island.  We made the soffit decorative by matching the curve on the counter.  Track lighting gives a soft glow, and the TV on a pivot arm makes viewing accessible from the living area.  Shaker cabinets, updated pulls, and stainless appliances give the kitchen the universal appeal necessary for a rental unit.
